These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Welcome Loop at welcomeloop.hpctn.org, operated by His Presence Church (HPCTN) (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using Welcome Loop, you agree to these Terms. This is plain-language information for users and for Google OAuth consent — it is not legal advice.
The service
Welcome Loop helps church teams welcome guests, manage people records, send SMS and email, run campaigns, and optionally connect third-party tools (for example Twilio, SMTP email, Google Ads, Meta Ads, planning sync, and Sermon Clipper). Features may change as we improve the product.
Who may use Welcome Loop
Accounts are for authorized His Presence Church / HPCTN team members and invited staff. You must keep your login credentials secure, use multi-factor authentication when required, and only access data you are permitted to see.
Acceptable use
- Use Welcome Loop for lawful church ministry and operations
- Respect people’s privacy and consent expectations for SMS/email outreach
- Do not attempt to break security, scrape, or misuse other users’ data
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
- Follow third-party provider rules (Twilio, Google, Meta, email hosts) when those integrations are enabled
Integrations and third parties
When you connect Google, Meta, Twilio, SMTP, planning sync, Clipper, or similar services, you authorise Welcome Loop to use the access you grant for the stated purpose (for example Ads account connection or message delivery). Those services are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for credentials you store and for disconnecting integrations you no longer need.
Content and data
Church users remain responsible for the accuracy of people records, messages, and campaign content entered into Welcome Loop. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Welcome Loop available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, suspend access for security or maintenance, or revise these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms when posted on this page.
Disclaimer
Welcome Loop is provided “as is” for ministry use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or third-party integrations.
