What Welcome Loop does

The purpose of Welcome Loop is to help authorized church teams turn first-time guests into known people and keep follow-up from getting lost after Sunday.

• Guest CRM / visitor follow-up for churches and ministries — people records, households, notes, tags, and visit history.
• Plan visits — public plan-a-visit flows and Sunday host tools.
• Send SMS and email — consent-aware nurture and staff messaging.
• Run campaigns and track engagement — campaign pages, form submissions, and related analytics.
• Why Google account access is used: Welcome Loop requests Google OAuth only so authorized staff can connect the church Google Ads account and manage church advertising alongside guest follow-up. Welcome Loop does not use Google to sign website visitors in.

Why Welcome Loop connects to Google

When a church admin chooses Connect Google inside Welcome Loop, the app uses Google OAuth solely to link the church’s Google Ads advertising account. That lets authorized staff manage church advertising campaigns next to guest CRM and nurture — not to sign guests in with Google, and not to browse unrelated Google account data.

OAuth scope: Google Ads API access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). Connection is optional and only initiated by staff with permission.

How Google data is used in Welcome Loop

• Used for: connecting the church Google Ads account, storing OAuth tokens, and supporting advertising features inside Welcome Loop.
• Not used for: Google sign-in for website visitors, selling Google data, or unrelated personal profiling.
• Who can connect: authorized Welcome Loop owners/admins at His Presence Church / HPCTN.
• Control: staff can disconnect Google from Integrations; see the Privacy Policy for retention and requests.

Who Welcome Loop is for

Welcome Loop is operated by His Presence Church (HPCTN) for authorized team members. Guests use public forms and messages; they do not need a Welcome Loop login. Staff sign in separately to use the dashboard.
